Just fixed it up
I am listing the steps I followed in case anyone has the same problem.
First i made sure about the version of joomla i am using.
1. Downloaded joomla 4.4.4 update package
2. Connected to FTP server or cpanel
3. I proceeded to completely delete the folder: public_html/libraries (at this point special care is needed because in this folder there may be other folders used by companies out of joomla extensions e.g. for my case there were 2 extra folders cjlib and regularlabs. If any other folders except joomla do exist, leave them in their place.
4. I proceeded to completely delete the folder: public_html/administrator/modules
5. I replaced those joomla folders with the original ones from 4.4.4 update package
After all that steps miraculously everything fell into its place normally
6. Connected to backend on System/Databases and update structure on Joomla CMS
That's all
thank's for your time
